Judith interpretation after G Klimt

Judith heroine, seducer, femme fatale. This well known irresistible biblical woman has been portrayed by several artists. Gustavs Klimt’s painting has always impacted me so I dared to make an interpretation of his painting. I used acrylic, oil and gold leaf. I am very satisfied with the results. Considering that no one can buy the original piece which is at the Gallery Belbedere in Wien, it is nice to have an interpretation of it.
